Unfortunately, Tom had to reschedule his June 10th show at the Mercury Lounge. The new date is June 24th. The show is still presented by 91.9 FM KCSB in Santa Barbara, California and it is still a record release show for "Empty Houses Are Lonely." Doors open at 9pm, showtime is 10pm and it is 21 and over.
Tom will be performing live, in-studio on 90.3 KEXP in Seattle, Washington on Friday, July 7th. Catch him on the air or listen online at 12:00 noon, Pacific time, with his good friend, KEXP DJ Cheryl Waters.
"Empty Houses Are Lonely" is available from U.K. record label Fat Cat Records. It is comprised of special recordings from 2001-2003 in San Diego and Poway, California. Also, Los Angeles, California, at Largo. This is a collection of heartfelt songs, including an ode to Leonard Cohen, trying to get something that something else won't give, a local swimming hole in Lakota, a ukulele, and the aftermath of a natural disaster.
Tom's recent self titled release, "Tom Brosseau," is currently available from Loveless Records.
